The Mobile Pantry Program

Many communities across Central Louisiana lack access to food services like local pantries or meal programs. This is especially true in remote and rural areas, where there are also few grocery stores, farmers markets, and retailers that sell affordable fresh foods.

The Food Bank's Mobile Pantry Program can send a complete pop-up food pantry into any area where there is need. These food distributions are scheduled monthly so neighbors know when and where food will be available on a regular basis. New locations are added regularly. Check the schedule below for current food distributions.
