Collard Greens have never tasted ssooo good!

Students at Lessie Moore elementary school have been growing collard greens in their school garden. They were harvested earlier this month. Students then got to help prepare them for a snack. Yummy. Students at elementary school all over Central Louisiana are learning to adopt a "culture of health"
