It happened! SAVOR THE SEASON GARDEN PARTY!!!

On the evening of October 12, 2017, after days of preparation, the Food Bank's Good Food Project Demonstration Garden was transformed into an enchanted dining experience. The garden was illuminated with lights, glass jars with lights, and tin can luminaries. An arch was the photo spot of the evening. The arch was covered with hanging moss, hanging lights, crystals and beads and adorned with a sun. The crystals symbolized water and the sun symbolized light and growth, both part of a successful garden. Six local chefs served over the top delicious dishes. The gazebo was covered with lights and wind streamers. Under the big white tent, tables were decorated with arrangements from the garden and filled with guests, visiting, eating and enjoying the magical atmosphere. Music was provided by the Hoochie Digs. The silent auction provided opportunities to acquire items that were unique. Luminaries lined the parking lot. It was truly a magical, enchanted evening with proceeds going to support The Good Food Project.
