Friday morning, kids of all ages from the City of Alexandria Summer Day Camp learned about colorful vegetables and were able to tastet them as the staff of the Good Food Project stir fried these vegetables and served them with brown rice. The Good Food Project encourages children to taste new foods. Sometimes we ask them to taste the new food a couple of times, and then they usually say, "Hey I like it".
