A Visit to the Garden
A visit to the garden is always a treat. Gardens are full of vegetables and fruits, but also the Good Food Project Demonstration Garden has chickens, lots of flowers and butterflies. Its a great place to enjoy the quiet time and listen to the breeze blow thru the chimes and watch the wind socks move. It is a therapeutic place. Welcome Spring!
When springtime finally arrives........ We all have that urge once springtime hits. It is a primal urge to get in the garden. We feel that re-connection we make with the earth and it is promising, renewing and affirming. We all love that feeling when we wake up the garden in the spring for the new growing season. It turns out it is more than just planting the seedlings in the soil, spring is medicine to the soul of the gardener.

Celebrate Earth Day at Inglewood Farm
Come celebrate Earth Day at Inglewood Farm and run the 5K with us. All proceeds will go to help support the Good Food Project. Last year we raised almost $10,000 to help support the Good Food Project in creating a culture of health within Central Louisiana public schools and communities. These organic gardens provide sustainable and healthy eating and nutrition options that are life long. .
